By bridging the gap between client and construction needs, Red Bear ensures exceptional project experiences and successful outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: start\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\" id=\"isPasted\">This role will suit a Junior Commercial Manager with a professional and proactive manner who has a genuine desire to build and develop commercial skills on projects that will incorporate many work activities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight:700\" id=\"isPasted\">Duties and Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul id=\"isPasted\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">To take provide support and report to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial procedures in conjunction with the Commercial Director.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Responsible for supporting completion of the valuation process both with the Clients and supply chain by gathering supporting information.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">To actively promote Red Bear\u2019s philosophy and culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Support in managing existing client relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Assist in selection of Works Contractors by carrying out comparisons as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Monitor the information flow both to and from Red Bear Tech to ensure that work undertaken by Red Bear Tech and Works Contractors is fully authorized at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Prepare subcontracts \/ labour only agreements in line with project requirements and budgets<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Attend required project &amp; Client meetings&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Support in reviewing payment applications \/ certificates and invoices to instruct accounts to pay subcontractors and suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Close out retention releases in accordance with contract timelines.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Review monthly cost reports and carry out re-allocation of costs as needed<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight:400\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Complete Monthly reporting including, Job Cost &amp;
